Payment Options: Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover credit and check cards are all securely accepted. Money orders, cashier's checks and personal checks are also accepted. Orders purchased with personal checks are subject to a 5-10 business day delay in order for the check to clear. (Return checks will be charged a $25.00 fee and be represented to your bank without notice. Fee for returned, unpaid checks is subject to change without notice.) Purchase Orders are accepted from government and educational institutions. The PO number must accompany the order at the time the order is placed or the order will not be processed. Purchase Orders are accepted by businesses on a case-by-case basis. In order to set up an account, please call one of our representatives at 800-887-1882.
Guarantee: We are so sure you will be happy with our service and the quality of our products we offer a Guarantee! If you are not fully satisfied with your product within 15 days of the purchase date, you may return the product for a full refund less shipping. If you are not satisfied with your purchase and it has been 16 days or more from the purchase date, a return is subject to a 30% restocking free and less the shipping fee.
Returns If you are not satisfied with the outcome of a refilled ink cartridge after using a mrinkjet refill kit and are wanting to return it for a refund you must first speak with a Refill Technician. Many times difficulties met when trying to use a refilled cartridge can simply be overcome with some knowledge from our technical staff. If reason for return is found, you must speak with a customer representative to receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) Number and instructions on how to return the merchandise.
Please note:
- All non-defective merchandise must be returned in as-new condition and with original packaging.
- Refunds or replacements/exchanges will not be issued until the original order's merchandise has been returned and received by our shipping department.
- We are not responsible for packages lost in transit. Please use a traceable service such as UPS (tracking number) or USPS (delivery confirmation) in order to ensure that your order will not be lost when returning.
- We are not responsible for shipping costs on non-defective or wrong-ordered cartridges.
- Returned packages without an RMA on the outside of the package will not be accepted.
- Please send a copy of the original invoice with your return.

Responsibility: Mr. Ink Jet and its affiliates, partners, or suppliers are not responsible for damage to the printhead or circuitry as a result of improper handling, storage, or misuse. When using (removing tape, installing, changing out, or printing with) please be sure to use caution as we do not warranty any part of your machine. We only warranty the product itself. We do not warranty or cover ink spills from any product. If damage occurs to clothing, carpet, furniture, sinks, or anything in your home or office, it is not cover by Coolinkrefills so please use caution and common sense when removing product from packages, installing in machine, removing from machine, or refilling your own cartridges.
Customer is responsible for return shipping costs on any return sent to us with the exception of a mis-shipment. (mis-shipment defined as, Mr. Ink Jet shipping the incorrect part number from our warehouse to you that does not match the part number on your order form.)
In no event shall misterinkjet be liable for any loss, inconvience, or damage, including direct, special, incidental, indirect, consequential, arising out of, or connected in any way with, any order of any merchandise sold hereunder, whether resulting from breech of warranty or any other legal theory.
In no event shall Mr. Ink Jet be liable for more than the original purchase price of the products purchased.
