Instructions on using our ink refilling service :

  1. Press "PRINT" on your browser to print this page

  2. Complete the "ORDER" Form information above (Please fill in all fields)

  3. Enclose your printer ink cartridge (s) in a plastic zip-lock bag and seal the bag

  4. Place the sealed bag in your envelope / box and seal the container

  5. Drop package off at post office or mail drop box

What happens next ?

  1. Once we receive your mail in order and ink cartridges we :

  2. Carefully clean and inspect the ink cartridges and print heads for visible defects

  3. Remove all ink from the ink cartridges with a special vacuum machine

  4. Refill the ink cartridge with new ink that meets or exceeds OEM requirements

  5. Perform a print test with our test printers to inspect quality and definition of print head

  6. * If the printer ink cartridge is in working condition we seal the print head

  7. Place the ink cartridge in a container and return it to you saving you over 50% !

* Note - To ensure that your printer ink cartridge can be refilled and function properly please make sure that you do not let the ink dry out in the empty ink cartridge to prevent this : As soon as your printer ink cartridge runs out of ink, remove it from the printer and place it in a zip-lock bag and try to remove as much of the air from the bag as you can, and seal the bag, and send the empty ink cartridge to us as soon as possible.

Note: Some cartridges can not be remanufactured because of defects, or exhausted life span. If your pre-paid orders cannot be serviced we will send you a credit certificate which can be used as payment for your next order.
